I am currently aware of several programs that pay people while they are online. Here we review about 12 of them that I have listed so far. You get paid in return for agreeing to run software that allows surf companies to display banner ads on your screen while you are online. Where they differ is how soon the software will be available, how much they pay you per hour, how many hours you are allowed, and how they handle paying you for referals.

AllAdvantage they offer a viewbar that you can have running while you are online and you get paid $0.50 an hour. I got the viewbar, and they just increased the number of coutries they are available in. This one is definatly worth the one to sign up for if you must pick only one and are in a country it is paying in the join this one.
Alladvantage
Clickdough, is new, but is already counting your hours for payment. The nice thing about them is that there is no download, and it works from non windows machines as well as windows machines. It works while chatting, and has unlimted hours which make this a great program for chatters to join. Also they are pretty new, so plenty of room for referals yet. This is the one to join if you use Unix or Linux or WebTV.
Clickdough
Cashsurfers, has a add bar that just keeps clocking up points while you are online and using the mouse once in awhile. A good one for chatters. Surf with an attitude! Get it now! Pays for Unlimited hours & Internationally! Revenue based. The hourly compensation has been rising every month! You get paid for 10% of 4 levels of referrals usage as well.

With DesktopDollars You get paid a percentage of the ad revenue for a month. They have just started paying. They have unlimited hours. Pay internationaly with a debit card, so you can withdrawl your month from an ATM around the world. I like this bar as it works when you are typing and not just using the mouse. Another good one for chatters.
Desktopdollars
Bepaid pays you for viewing full screen advertisements. You get paid between $0.20 and $1 for each pop up ad that you view. You can also earn an additional $0.10 for visiting certain advertiser’s web sites when the Golden Link option is shown. You have control over which ads you view using the Advision Control software which runs in the background. It is available worldwide and you also earn 13% of your direct referral’s earnings and 7% of your indirect referral’s earnings.
Bepaid
Spedia, pays you in "ad points". They are some percentage of the ad revenue for the month. The details are not clear to me as to what they are worth though. They do have the Spedia Bar available for download for the users of IE now though. So for those of you who are out of hours to get payed for they are now the third one to make the software available.
You get paid $0.60 an hour, for you and pays for referalls for five levels. More soon on this one also as we just signed up and have not had a chance to really learn about it yet. What does look interesting about this one is they promise to pay internationally from the start.
DeskTopHorizon
Get paid 40% of the ad revenue they make from your ad views They are starting to roll out thier ad bar device now. Starting in April it is supposed to be available for immediate download (in the USA). The pay has been around .23 an hour for unlimited hours. To keep the bar active you must run the mouse over it occasionally. I put it towards the top of the screen then when I switch tasks I generally wind up passing over it.
Utopiad
Value pay.com pays you 1.00 per hour for 50 hour. You can get paid double for your referrals with the refugee program if they are members of any other get paid programs.New mini browser lets you place this it anywhere on your screen.You can overlap this view bar over any other get paid view bars
Valuepay
DotAd, says it will have the software ready in seven weeks. You get paid 75% of the ad revenue they take in. If you then add in the referal levels they pay out 90% of the ad revenue they take in leaving little to operate on and sell ads. They also say the ads will display once every 5 minutes. This means you will see only 480 ads in 40 hours.
Get paid with Dotad
Bluetree pays you for 7 levels of referrals with pay rates based on advertising revenue. You get 51% for your own surfing, 9% for direct referrals and 5-1% for 6 more levels. Recent announcement states that they are now making their bar available to use worldwide. You will need to use the bar for a minimum of 10 hours a month to get paid for their referrals use.

PaidForSurf is available internationally and they pay for unlimited hours. Payout for yourself is based on 50% of the revenue PaidForSurf earns in all areas and is projected at $0.40 an hour according to past figures. Referral rates are fixed at $0.10 an hour for direct referrals and $0.05 an hour for 4 levels of indirect referrals. You have to match your referrals use to get paid for all hours logged by them.
